In the spring of 2023, we opened the doors to Pannhuset Kafé & Krog at Nääs Fabriker. We offer our guests artisanal breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch, and delicious dinner made from locally sourced quality ingredients. In an unbeatable setting, during the daytime, you can enjoy the best pastries made by our pastry chefs, freshly roasted coffee, homemade ice cream, a great lunch, and plenty of other delights like grilled sandwiches and delightful salads. In the evening, we light a fire in the stove and cook food over an open flame, sometimes directly in the coals, and serve beer from our brewery Bröd & Malt and other drinks from near and sometimes afar.

Quality, craftsmanship, and a sense of authenticity are some of the key principles for us. The historical heritage is also carried forward as the old boiler house joins us in the future, shaping the new concept of Pannhuset.
Here, our passionate chefs draw inspiration from all corners of the world, using the finest ingredients and creating each dish with meticulous precision. The menu varies from week to week and includes both meat and fish dishes, as well as locally sourced vegetables. These are directly sourced from Gundagården, with whom we have a close collaboration. Fresh crops are handpicked from the soil to the bistro every week.

Built upon history and the Swedish soil as our foundation, we cook food that feels authentic, with fire as our seasoning. We grow many of our vegetables ourselves on a field a few miles north of Nääs Fabriker, and we strive to source as many other ingredients as possible from the local area. In an unbeatable setting, during the daytime, you can enjoy the best pastries made by our pastry chefs, freshly ground (soon-to-be) self-roasted coffee, homemade ice cream, a truly great lunch, and plenty of other delights like grilled sandwiches and delightful salads.
In the evening, we light a fire in the stove and cook food over an open flame, sometimes directly in the coals, and serve craft beers, natural wines, and other drinks from near and sometimes afar. It’s also worth noting that all our bread comes from our own sourdough bakery, BRÖD & MALT, made exclusively from heritage grains and organic ingredients.

BRead AND BUNS from Bakery BRÖD & MALT
Every day, we serve fresh sourdough bread and buns from our stone oven bakery, Bröd & Malt. You can purchase delicious ready-made rolls with various fillings, as well as cardamom and cinnamon buns. We also serve the bread on our salad buffet. Locally sourced and baked with carefully selected ingredients and grains, including leftover malt from the brewing process in our brewery.
