Nääs Fabriker Hotel & Restaurant offers an extraordinary experience. Situated beautifully by Lake Sävelången in a 19th-century cotton mill, it boasts a hotel environment like no other—beautiful, cozy, and with well-designed rooms throughout.
Here, you’ll find rooms with ceilings over five meters high, rooms with rooftop terraces and lake views, bathrooms with the same stunning view, and rooms that are 45 square meters in size. The hotel currently has 81 rooms, all equipped with comfortable beds and the finest bed linens made of combed Egyptian cotton satin from Dreamsilk. The majority of rooms offer lake views from both the bedroom and bathroom. All rooms are smoke-free and pet-free. Our check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM every day. Along with our delicious food, friendly staff, and a range of activities, we promise an experience beyond the ordinary.

Badhuset
Welcome to our 450 sqm Bathhouse, located right by Lake Sävelången nearby to the hotel. Here you will find two different sauna concepts with dry and aromatic saunas, as well as two hot outdoor jacuzzis that maintain a temperature of 38 degrees Celsius all year round. You also have the opportunity to swim from our docks in the lake. At certain times, the bar is also staffed.

Are children welcome in the Badhuset?
Children between the ages of 4-12 are welcome every day between 07:00-16:00 accompanied by a guardian.
Do all hotel rooms have a lake view?
No, not all rooms have a lake view. If you want to ensure a lake view, we recommend our Junior Suite Corner Rooms or Superior Double Rooms with Lake View.
Can you visit our Bathhouse without staying at the hotel?
Do you have a minibar in all rooms?
Yes, all our rooms are equipped with a minibar where you can find some drinks and snacks. You will also find wine glasses, a Chromecast, and a steamer in all our rooms.
Is parking free at Nääs Fabriker?
As a visitor to Nääs Fabriker, you can park your car for free for the first three hours. You need to register your parking in the Parkster app. If you are staying at the hotel or attending a conference, parking is free for the duration of your stay. You will need to register your car at the hotel reception during check-in.
Is it allowed to bring your pet when staying with you?
We are a completely pet-free hotel.
