The food is prepared with care, placing local ingredients at the heart of the traditional Christmas feast. Baking is underway in the bakery, holiday flavors are prepared in the kitchens, and this year’s Christmas market takes shape between the historic factory buildings.

The flavors of christmas, made from scratch
From November 25th, we invite you to our annual Christmas buffet in Fabriksköket with a view over the lake. This year, we are placing an even greater focus on true craftsmanship, local ingredients, and everything made right here on-site. Our Christmas feast is built on classic flavors prepared from scratch, showcasing carefully selected ingredients from local producers.
In our own bakery, Bröd & Malt, we bake the traditional vörtbröd (spiced Christmas bread), in our brewery we brew our own Christmas beer, and in our kitchen we pickle herring, cook all the holiday classics, and make homemade Christmas sweets. On the table, you will find everything from traditional Christmas ham and our own pickled herring to locally produced cheeses, vegetarian options, and a generous dessert buffet featuring our own pralines, fruit jellies, truffles, and, of course, wienernougat.
From Sunday to Tuesday, we serve a carefully curated Christmas buffet centered around selected classics, local produce, and our own artisanal touch.
On all other days, we let the festivities expand even further, laying out our larger and more extravagant Christmas feast, offering a wider selection and even more flavors of the season.

The Christmas Market at Nääs Fabriker has become a beloved holiday tradition, and this year we are bringing even more festive magic to the grounds. For the very first time, the market will span three Advent weekends in our historic lakeside factory setting. Nestled between the old red-brick buildings, local artisans and producers will gather with handcrafted goods, gourmet delicacies, design products, and carefully curated gifts. Stroll among the market stalls, explore our boutique shops, savor delicious treats, and take in the aromas from the bakery with Lake Sävelången and nature right at your doorstep.
Throughout the weekends, the area comes alive with Christmas music, choral singing, and festive activities for all ages.
