Welcome to the cozy café and restaurant at Nääs Fabriker! With our historical craftmanship as our base, we creates dishes and food that feels genuine, with fire as the final touch.
We serve our homemade pastries, daily lunch and dinner together with tasteful drinks. Here, you’ll also find our own handmade ice cream.
FABRIKSKÖKETS SUMMER MENUES
During the day, we serve up fresh salads, grilled favorites, selected summer dishes, and our own sourdough bread. A perfect break in the summer heat or after a swim in the lake.
As evening arrives, the experience starts with a pre-dinner drink in the evening sun – with a beautiful view over Lake Sävelången. Then it’s time for our generous starter buffet, followed by grilled Swedish meats, smoky sides, spicy salsas, and creamy coleslaw. Prefer fish or vegetarian? Of course, we’ve got you covered!
GUSTAVAS HANDEL & KÖK
A delicatessen filled with seasonal treats. Here you’ll find cheese, charcuterie, jams, bread, fresh vegetables, and ready-made dishes. Enjoy cold cuts, oven-baked sandwiches topped with selected cheese and charcuterie from the shop, or bring home a weekend charcuterie board. During the summer season, we have ice cream, and you can enjoy a glass of wine or craft beer on our outdoor terrace.
BRÖD & MALT – BAKERY & BREWERY
Stop by and pick up delicious, nutritious sourdough bread or irresistible pastries for your coffee break!
We believe in locally produced goods — and it doesn’t get more local than this. A small stone oven bakery right here at Nääs Fabriker, just a few meters from the restaurant, hotel, café, and conference center. We bake in a stone oven that gives a wonderful texture, using grains from local producers and often surplus ingredients from our neighboring brewery.
HOTEL NÄÄS FABRIKER
Situated beautifully by Lake Sävelången in a 19th-century cotton mill, it boasts a hotel environment like no other—beautiful, cozy, and with well-designed rooms throughout.
Here, you’ll find rooms with ceilings over five meters high, rooms with rooftop terraces and lake views, bathrooms with the same stunning view, and rooms that are 45 square meters in size. The hotel currently has 82 rooms, all equipped with comfortable beds and the finest bed linens made of combed Egyptian cotton satin from Dreamsilk. The majority of rooms offer lake views from both the bedroom and bathroom.

Historical walk in the village of Tollered
Experience the cultural-historical environment surrounding one of the country’s first and foremost spinning factories. The entire community of Tollered is built around Nääs Fabriker, which had a dominant influence on the village. Factory buildings, residences, inns, shops, infirmary, fire station, and mills are still present today and filled with new life. The stories cover the history of the factory and life in the mill town, and we peek into one or a couple of buildings. The focus is on history, but you’ll also receive brief information about the present and what Nääs Fabriker and the mill town have to offer today. The guided tour lasts approximately 1 hour.
Activities
At Nääs Fabriker, we offer a wide range of activities for our visitors. For the children, we have a playground beautifully located by the lake. When you stay at the hotel, you can also play shuffleboard, ping pong, borrow various indoor and outdoor games and much more.
kayak, SUP & CANOE
Explore the lake Sävelången and take a trip in one of our kayaks, or try SUP (stand up paddle boarding)! It’s fun, social, and great exercise for the whole body. If you want to going for a longer tour at the lake we can recommend you to visit our neighbour Sjölyckan.
Bath
The lake is right outside the hotel and you just have to jump in directly from the pier. We would also like to suggest the possibility of making a small excursion to the bathing place at Torskabotten up in Tollered.
