Our food and beverage standards are just as high as everything else at Nääs Fabriker, marked by attention to every little detail. Nääs Fabriker has something to offer both for those who want to eat or just have a coffee or a glass of wine. The hotel offers the largest range of food and beverage; breakfast, lunch, dinner and on Sundays also brunch. Nääs Fabriker kafé, which is situated in the old Pannhuset, also serves food, light meals and home-baked bread and pastries. Hugos Handel & Kök offers pizzas, salads and other light dishes.
The hotel restaurant is an experience in itself, just like most things at Nääs Fabriker. With the beautiful glass veranda facing the lake and the large interior spaces divided by textiles hanging from the ceiling, the ambiance and atmosphere in the restaurant is very inviting.
The restaurant seats 180 eating guests. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as brunch on Sundays.

Hotel breakfast at Nääs Fabriker Hotel and Restaurant consists of a large buffet including everything you as our guest could wish for, from home-baked bread to herring, salmon, scrambled eggs and bacon, cold meats and seasonal fruits, well just about everything a perfect hotel breakfast shall contain. Breakfast is served Tuesday-Friday 6.30-9.30 am and Saturday-Sunday 7-10.30 am.
On school and public holidays the breakfast is served 7-10 am.
We serve a two course lunch incl salad and coffee in the restaurant. Monday-friday 11.30 am-2 pm.

On weekends we serve a three course Christmas lunch.
This year we serve a 4-course Christmas dinner with Christmas sweets baked by our pastry chef Disa – winner of Pastry Chef of the Year 2018. Choose between a classic or vegan menu, both with fantastic flavors but in slightly different ways. The menu consists of an appetizer inspired by Christmas flavors, two main courses as well as dessert, and a generous candy table. On Saturdays and Sundays, you can enjoy a 3-course Christmas lunch in our lovely dining room. Start November 18.
Nääs Fabriker Kafé is our cozy kafé and is open monday-friday 10 am-6 pm and saturday-sunday 10 am-5 pm.
Here we serve great coffee, pastries from Disa, Swedish Confectioner of the Year 2018, pies, bowls, soup, salads, wraps and sandwiches. And a lot more!
Monday-friday we serve a daily lunch between 11.30 am until 2 pm. Choose between two different dishes.

A lot of the sweet assortment is made by our confectioner Disa, winner of Swedisg Confectioner of the Year 2018. Welcome in to try her fantastic pastry, cakes, pralines and, during the summer season, icecream.
Soup lunch is served on weekends & holidays
Choose between goulash soup or vegan soup. Salad and bread will be included. The soup lunch is served on weekends and holidays from 11 am until 3 pm. SEK 95 per person.
Hugos Handel och Kök is the areas deli with seasonal goodies, created from the ground up or purchased from local farms in the near and far away. Here you can eat, shop, enjoy, drink and smell. Really good pizzas, salads and toasts are examples of dishes served here.
