Our food and beverage standards are just as high as everything else at Nääs Fabriker, marked by attention to every little detail. Nääs Fabriker has something to offer both for those who want to eat or just have a coffee or a glass of wine. The hotel offers the largest range of food and beverage; breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Nääs Fabriker kafé, which is situated in the old Pannhuset, also serves food, light meals and home-baked bread and pastries. Hugos Handel & Kök offers pizzas, salads and other light dishes.

The hotel restaurant

The hotel restaurant is an experience in itself, just like most things at Nääs Fabriker. With the beautiful glass veranda facing the lake and the large interior spaces divided by textiles hanging from the ceiling, the ambiance and atmosphere in the restaurant is very inviting.

The restaurant seats 180 eating guests. We serve breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.

Breakfast

Hotel breakfast at Nääs Fabriker Hotel and Restaurant consists of a large buffet including everything you as our guest could wish for, from home-baked bread to herring, salmon, scrambled eggs and bacon, cold meats and seasonal fruits, well just about everything a perfect hotel breakfast shall contain. Breakfast is served Tuesday-Friday 6.30 am – 9.00 am and Saturday-Sunday 7 am – 10.30 am.

During the summer season, school- and public holidays, the breakfast is served 7 am – 10.30 am.

 

 

 

Lunch

We serve a two-course lunch in the restaurant (main course and dessert) including salad and coffee. Monday-Friday from 11.30 am to 2 pm and Saturday from 12 am to 3 pm.
Price: Monday-Saturday: SEK 189 per person
Children’s price 3-12 years: SEK 85

Monday-Sunday 12 am- 3pm and from 5 pm to 10 pm.

Nääs Fabriker Kafé

Nääs Fabriker Kafé is our cozy kafé and is open Monday-Friday 10 am-6 pm and Saturday-Sunday 10 am-5 pm.

Here we serve great coffee, pastries from Disa (winner of the Swedish Pastry Chef of the Year 2018), pies, bowls, salads, wraps and sandwiches. And a lot more!

Pastry from Confectioner of the Year

A lot of the sweet assortment is made by our confectioner Disa, winner of Swedish Pastry Chef of the Year 2018. Welcome to try the fantastic cakes, pralines, and during the summer season ice cream.

Hugos Handel & Kök

Hugos Handel och Kök is the area’s deli with seasonal goodies, created from the ground up or purchased from local farms in the near and far away. Here you can eat, shop, enjoy, drink and smell. Really good pizzas, salads, and toasts are examples of dishes served here.

Bröd & Malt

Welcome to a brewery and bakery that have the good taste to share each other’s ingredients. We use leftover bread from the bakery when we brew our beer. And malt that is left over from the brewing process when we bake bread. A circular thought that elevates the flavors.

We believe in the locally produced. And you cannot get any more local than this. A small stone oven bakery at Nääs Fabriker, a few meters from the restaurant, hotel, café and conference facility. We bake in a stone oven that gives a wonderful consistency and with grain from local raw material producers and often use leftover products from our brewery next door. We think it tastes a little better to drink a cold beer in the same place where it is brewed. Maybe it’s just a feeling, but so be it. That’s why we are starting our own microbrewery, next door to our new bakery. This way, we can use leftover bread when we brew our beer. So that you can experience the same feeling as we do, we intend to serve our beer here at Nääs Fabriker.
