Christmas at Nääs Fabriker is something truly special. From November 20th to December 18th, we will set up our delicious Christmas buffet every day. On the first and second weekends of December, we invite you to our Christmas market with around 40 exhibitors, food trucks, Christmas choirs, and Santa Claus, who will be there to collect all the children’s wish lists. This year, we also have a digital Christmas calendar! It will be available exclusively on our website, filled with new offers from local businesses and shops each day until Christmas Eve. Once again, we’re setting up a delightful Christmas buffet at Nääs Fabriker. It’s a classic Christmas spread with a modern twist, offering great vegetarian options and a large selection of locally produced items. We bake our own spiced bread in our bakery, Bröd & Malt, and we also brew our own Christmas beer in the brewery, which you can enjoy with all the delicious dishes. The buffet includes everything from Christmas ham and homemade pickled herring to locally produced cheeses and a grand dessert table. We make much of our own Christmas sweets, including homemade pralines, marmalades, truffles, and the essential Viennese nougat. On the weekends of November 30th–December 1st and December 7th–8th, we bring you a taste of Christmas with experiences, delicious food, delicacies, shopping, and activities. Until Christmas, we’re excited to offer a festive selection in both our bakery and Pannhuset Café. At Pannhuset Café, you can enjoy a cup of warming winter beverage, pick up some gingerbread dough from our patisserie, and indulge in fudge.
