Are you eager to do a different and fun activity together with your company? Now it is possible to book a beer tasting and our new concept Pizza on Tap at our combined bakery and brewery Bröd & Malt.
BEER TASTING
For: conferences and private groups
Join behind the scenes in the brewery, taste and smell the hops and malt and marvel among the yeast tanks. We start with a review of the brewery’s beer and talk about how our circular concept with bread from the bakery and beer brewing works. After this we go and check out our small brewery and yeast tanks and how this is built. We end with a beer tasting upstairs where we test ourselves through some selected beers from the brewery, as well as our brewing friends’ beer from other local breweries. For this, simpler snacks are served.

PIZZA ON TAP

Why not take the opportunity to eat stone oven-baked sourdough pizzas together with a tasting of the brewery’s beer? Before we sit down to a table upstairs, you can join us behind the scenes in the brewery, taste and smell the hops and malt and marvel among the yeast tanks. With a beer in hand, we start with an overview of the brewery’s beer, and talk about how our circular concept with bread from the bakery and beer brewing works. Next, we go and check out our small brewery and yeast tanks and how this is built. We end with a beer tasting upstairs where we test some selected beers from the brewery, as well as our brewing friend’s beers from other local breweries.
For this, our fantastic pizzas are served, baked on cultural grains and on local ingredients, which we serve “sharing style” together with the beer. Our pastry chef Disa Molin, winner of Pastry Chef of the Year 2018, has composed ice creams made from, among other things, a New England IPA and cinnamon buns from the bakery that we test after the pizza.

Conference group: SEK 6,000 in exclusivity cost as a supplement to full board (minimum 10 people, maximum 16 people)
Private group: SEK 775 per person including VAT (minimum 10 people, maximum 16 people)
