When training takes place outdoors in different types of terrain, it is good to think about the following: Whenever possible, wear gloves, a long-sleeved shirt and full-length trousers.
Wear suitable clothes and shoes for outdoor training. In winter, spikes are preferable, as it is sometimes very slippery…. and last but not least: Refill your energy with a meal and drink both before and after a workout!
