  • We place a maximum of 4 persons per table in our restaurant and café and we make sure that everyone keeps a good distance from each other.

The bread we bake

Baking with sourdough takes a long time. Day one the sourdough is fed, day two the dough is set and day three the breads are baked. This time allows the bread to reach its full potential, in terms of taste and nutrition.

Here you can book a table in the restaurant.

Assortment

Our range consists almost exclusively of sourdough bread on cultured grains - unprocessed flours with a long history. It tastes better, contains more nutrition and is also better for the environment.

Bathhouse

Welcome to our bathhouse which is located right by the lake, close to the hotel. Here you can enjoy various sauna concepts, warm outdoor pools with jetties out into the lake and lovely lounge environments for relaxation both outside and inside.
