Eat

Our food and beverage standards are just as high as everything else at Nääs Fabriker, marked by attention to every little detail. Nääs Fabriker has something to offer both for those who want to eat or just have a coffee or a glass of wine. The hotel offers the largest range of food and beverage; breakfast, lunch, dinner and on Sundays also brunch. Nääs Fabiker Kafé, which is situated in the old boiler house, also serves food, light meals and home-baked bread and pastries.

The hotel restaurant

The hotel restaurant is an experience in itself, just like most things at Nääs Fabriker. With the beautiful glass veranda facing the lake and the large interior spaces divided by textiles hanging from the ceiling, the ambiance and atmosphere in the restaurant is very inviting.

The restaurant seats 180 eating guests. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as brunch on Sundays.

Brunch

Every sunday we serve our popular Swedish brunch.
Different cold and hot dishes and a large dessert table is set up for you.
We have two different seatings, 12 noon and 2.45 or 3 PM. Price 259 SEK. Children 4-12 years 85 SEK.

Hotel breakfast

Hotel breakfast at Nääs Fabriker Hotel and Restaurant consists of a large buffet including everything you as our guest could wish for, from home-baked bread and freshly made waffles to herring, salmon, scrambled eggs and bacon, cold meats and seasonal fruits, well just about everything a perfect hotel breakfast shall contain.

Lunch

Served Monday-friday 11.30 am-2.30 pm and saturday 12.00 noon-3 pm.
Lunch buffet including salad, soup and coffee, 150 SEK, children 85:-
Dessert may be added.

A la carte

Served Monday-Saturday 5 pm-10 pm.

Nääs Fabriker Kafé

Nääs Fabriker Kafé is the neighbourhood café. It is located in a historical building and is a modern and welcoming café with its décor, atmosphere and friendly service.

Nääs Fabriker Kafé is open Monday-Friday 10 am-6 pm and Saturday-Sunday 10 am-5 pm. Every day of the week we serve lunch, coffee, pastries, pies, salads, and sandwiches.

Year holidays at Nääs Fabriker

Nääs Fabriker Hotel & Restaurant is open and celebrates all of the national holidays except for the days just before and after Christmas.

Conference and over-night stay

We offer a conference stay with a three-course lunch and three-course dinner with accommodation in well-designed rooms, in most cases with a view over the lake.
